On Monday night I joined the ranks of the unemployed; of those let go with no cause or warning. Devastation. It hurts so badly and the fear is unbelievable. All I can say is that I am not going to let them ruin me. I will fight to care for my family and to find another, and better, role.
When faced with imaginable and devastating loss we have a choice - fight or face defeat. It would be easier to stay in bed and cry all day. That won't get me anywhere. I could place blame on someone else, but that would do no good. I can't control what happened. I can only control what happens next.
